In order to apply for this service, first log in using the User ID and Password and then choose your choice of service and mode of payment from there.
Enter your User ID and Password, then click Submit button. If it’s your first time signing in, then type in your last name as your User ID and your PIN as your password. Go to “I Forgot My User ID or Password” section in case you cannot remember your last User ID or Password. Make sure the Caps Lock is off in your keyboard. Password is case-sensitive. If you do not have a PIN yet, then click “I Don’t Have My PIN” and fill the online form with some of your personal information and then CONTINUE.
